Can I buy a good smart phone without a service plan or contract for 2 years?
I want to buy a cell phone or phone smart good without renewing a contract for two years with Sprint. Are there any out there at a price it reasonable? Ideally, the phone will include access Wi-Fi.
you need to buy on eBay or Craigslist. If you buy a phone shop, you want to sign a 2 year contract or pay full retail.
